YAKI is a Japanese restaurant that will open in the city of Malaga, but with the prospect of becoming a small chain of establishments with expansion on the Costa del Sol. It will not be a typical restaurant, where the diner orders from the menu sitting at a table waiting to be served and without worrying about the euros in the bill.
Your identity will be more associated with fast food establishments or street stalls, where you can eat for a few euros and minutes. But, in this case, with a very high culinary quality. Its great reference will be the so-called izakaya, the Japanese tapas bars.
Everything will be served in biodegradable disposable containers, so that the client can consume it in the same establishment or can easily taste it while walking. Despite being a fast food restaurant, it will be interesting for the clientele to stay in the place and be loyal to it thanks to its strong character and visual identity, mainly influenced by the entire Japanese culture. The intention is for it to become a meeting point and a large showcase open to the street.

Therefore, in addition to creating its visual identity and packaging, it will be necessary to design a monthly magazine, Shiru ka!, a free monthly magazine published by the YAKI restaurant itself. Due to its low circulation, its free character and its content, it will have a reason for being closer to the fanzine than to the cult specialized magazines that currently exist.
